I’m trying to do more walking. Both to get fit and also because we are finally seeing some sun in Manchester at the moment. I’m not a natural walker, but figured if I could use it as an excuse to get some lovely photo’s then it’s worth it! It also helps to keep the walk interesting, and encourages me to find new routes and places to visit.
I walked home from work one day (which is a 5km walk) and had a lovely walk in Didsbury Park which is stunning in the Spring. I’m determined to do this on a weekly basis when I’m not at the gym. It’s also good for well being and getting that extra vitamin D! Even if it just means sitting outside at work during my lunch break, rather than being at my desk in front of a computer.
